  1. Quem \u00e9 voc\u00ea, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong><\/li>\n

    <\/ol>\n

    Me chamo Andrey Tavares. Sou diretor de Arte e publicit\u00e1rio graduado pela Famecos, e formado pela vida e pelo trabalho. Fui diretor de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o na Competence, onde fiquei quatro anos e meio. Tive passagens pela Escala (cinco anos) e pela e21 (tr\u00eas anos). Atualmente, lidero a equipe criativa da DeBrito Sul.<\/p>\n

    1. Como se deu a escolha pelo curso de Publicidade e Propaganda?<\/strong><\/li>\n

      <\/ol>\n

      Na \u00e9poca \u2013 antes de escolher o curso da faculdade \u2013 tinha duas grandes paix\u00f5es na vida: esporte e arte. Quase optei pela Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica, por\u00e9m, pensei melhor e fiquei entre Propaganda e Arquitetura. Escolhi a primeira no dia da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no vestibular. A partir da\u00ed, tudo fluiu naturalmente.<\/p>\n

      1. O que significa na sua trajet\u00f3ria <\/strong>integrar<\/strong><\/a> o time da DeBrito Sul?<\/strong><\/li>\n

        <\/ol>\n

        Significa (re)acreditar na propaganda. Na verdade, no melhor sentido da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Temos um mantra aqui que \u00e9 “entregar solu\u00e7\u00f5es criativas com base em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para empresas e neg\u00f3cios”. E esta entrega est\u00e1 ligada diretamente ao que mais acredito na Propaganda: a ideia como centro de tudo. Com todas estas mudan\u00e7as no mercado e o impacto que teve nos modelos tradicionais das ag\u00eancias, precisamos nos reinventar constantemente. \u00c9 um discurso clich\u00ea, e muito verdadeiro.<\/p>\n

        1. Quais s\u00e3o as suas expectativas como head de Design na ag\u00eancia?<\/strong><\/li>\n

          <\/ol>\n

          Colocar este mantra em pr\u00e1tica. Elevar o n\u00edvel criativo e trabalhar de modo integrado com todas as unidades (S\u00e3o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Bras\u00edlia e Porto Alegre). Fazendo isso, todos sair\u00e3o ganhando: cliente, ag\u00eancia, profissionais e, obviamente, o mercado.<\/p>\n

          1. Quais s\u00e3o os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/li>\n

            <\/ol>\n

            S\u00e3o muitos. Alguns ambiciosos, outros mais simples \u2013 mas nem por isso menores. Como realiza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, gostaria de ver (e, obviamente, participar) do movimento do mercado ga\u00facho voltando a ser a pot\u00eancia criativa que sempre foi. Como realiza\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, s\u00e3o in\u00fameras. Uma delas \u00e9 ensinar meu filho a surfar (ele est\u00e1 com oito meses), viajar com ele e minha esposa, poder proporcionar esta viv\u00eancia de uma cultura global para ele.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
