Tenho 34 anos. Sou do interior do Rio Grande do Sul, da cidade Palmeira das Miss&otilde;es. Estudei Publicidade e Propaganda na Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing de Porto Alegre (ESPM-Sul) e morei e trabalhei em Novo Hamburgo, em duas ag&ecirc;ncias, uma delas a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coletiva.net\/por-dentro\/wt-agencia-caminho-inverso,326487.jhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>WTAG<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, onde estou atualmente.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por &uacute;ltimo, morei em Portugal e agora estou em Florian&oacute;polis. Trabalho com Planejamento de Branding e Comunica&ccedil;&atilde;o desde o terceiro semestre da faculdade, quando comecei minha carreira na e21, em Porto Alegre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; Quando surgiu a vontade de ser publicit&aacute;rio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foi no Ensino M&eacute;dio. Sempre assisti muita televis&atilde;o e acesso &agrave; internet desde muito cedo, sempre fui fascinado por propaganda e entretenimento. Para mim, s&atilde;o facetas das mesmas coisas. Acredito que propaganda &eacute; entretenimento para vender produtos assim como entretenimento, como m&uacute;sica, &eacute; uma forma de venda de shows, merchandising etc.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso se referindo ao entretenimento como mercado comercial, n&atilde;o como arte pura. Gosto muito quando as duas coisas se misturam. Escolhi o curso e a faculdade e tirando um breve per&iacute;odo em ag&ecirc;ncia experimental da ESPM como redator, sempre trabalhei com Planejamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 &#8211; Recentemente, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/coletiva.net\/pelo-rs\/wtag-anuncia-faberson-chequi-como-um-dos-socios-da-agencia,410740.jhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>foi anunciado como um dos s&oacute;cios da WTAG<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Como tem sido os desafios da nova fun&ccedil;&atilde;o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sempre fui l&iacute;der, nunca fui chefe. Tem sido uma experi&ecirc;ncia desafiadora especialmente pelo longo tempo em que atuei sozinho como planejador. O envolvimento no neg&oacute;cio em si, especialmente um acelerado e que muda constantemente, &eacute; uma experi&ecirc;ncia enriquecedora. Sempre tive contato com as decis&otilde;es estrat&eacute;gicas da empresa, mas mesmo que os pr&oacute;ximos (olhar de dono) e ser de fato dono s&atilde;o suas coisas bastante diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 &#8211; Quais s&atilde;o as perspectivas de novos projetos dentro da WATG?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ag&ecirc;ncia tem metas bem claras, mas uma em especial me interessa pessoalmente: o aperfei&ccedil;oamento do nosso modelo de Branding aplicado a performance e performance aplicado ao Branding.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoje, ocupamos um espa&ccedil;o muito espec&iacute;fico de mercado em que ag&ecirc;ncias de e-commerce que tendem a n&atilde;o atuar t&atilde;o bem por se focar quase que exclusivamente nas m&eacute;tricas e estrat&eacute;gias de performance. Na WTAG conseguimos atuar em todo infinito de vendas, do conhecimento de marca &agrave; convers&atilde;o em canais digitais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5 &#8211; Quais s&atilde;o os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pretendo me tornar um planejador tamb&eacute;m especializado em e-commerce. Minha carreira sempre foi baseada quase que exclusivamente em Branding.
