1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong>
<\/strong>Sou Jornalista, mãe de dois adolescentes, fundadora da Bach Villar Comunicação Estratégica. Divido a empresa e a vida com o Sérgio Villar. Nasci em Osório, a última entre cinco irmãos, compartilhando o útero com uma gêmea. Desde sempre fui apaixonada por aprender, ouvir e contar histórias. E é isso que faço todos os dias.   <\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Como é para você este novo momento da <\/strong>Bach Villar Comunicação Estratégica<\/strong><\/a>?<\/strong>
<\/strong>Os últimos meses foram de muito trabalho e crescimento. Entendo este momento como um reconhecimento da nossa jornada. A empresa nasceu há quatro anos, mas é resultado de décadas de experiência minha, do Sérgio, do <\/span>Erik Farina<\/strong><\/a> e da <\/span>Maria Rita Horn<\/strong><\/a>. Conseguimos crescer e manter a qualidade das entregas, a proximidade com os clientes e o entendimento de como a comunicação pode ajudar nos objetivos de negócio deles. Esses diferenciais nos trouxeram até aqui.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – Quando foi que decidiu se tornar uma empresária?<\/strong>
<\/strong>Eu fui muito feliz como repórter, editora e coordenadora de Projetos nos 18 anos em que atuei no Grupo RBS. Quando completei 40 anos, comecei a amadurecer a ideia de ter um negócio que me permitisse aplicar o que eu tinha aprendido e trabalhar a comunicação do jeito que eu acreditava. Fiz um mestrado em Engenharia de Produção, já tinha um MBA em Marketing. A criação da empresa acabou sendo um caminho natural. Temos clientes conosco desde esta fase inicial, e dá muita satisfação ver o quanto já avançamos juntos.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Quais são os principais desafios, como empresária, para este ano de 2022?<\/strong>
<\/strong>A pandemia abriu uma série de oportunidades para empresas de Comunicação que estavam preparadas e tiveram agilidade para atender às novas necessidades dos clientes. Não somente nós, muitas cresceram nos últimos meses. O desafio é conseguir, neste cenário tão instável, se antecipar às transformações e ter as soluções para o que o mercado irá procurar.  <\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong>
