1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mais conhecido por Kepler do que por Guilherme. Tenho 30 anos, gaúcho, natural de Porto Alegre. Formado em Jornalismo pelo Centro Universitário Metodista IPA, em 2013. Desde o segundo semestre da faculdade atuo em veículo de Comunicação. Comecei trabalhando em jornal impresso e depois ingressei na <\/span>rádio Guaíba<\/strong><\/a>, em 2014, como produtor executivo. Dois anos depois, em 2016, virei repórter da mesma emissora, onde sigo atuando no turno da manhã. Nesses oito anos, pude apresentar diferentes programas e também cobrir férias na função de chefe de reportagem. <\/span><\/p>\n

Em 2017, ingressei na Record TV RS como produtor executivo no período da tarde. Em junho deste ano, fui promovido à chefia de reportagem na emissora. De lá pra cá, mantenho a minha dupla jornada de trabalho: repórter da Guaíba e chefe de reportagem da Record TV.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Como foi receber o convite para <\/strong>assumir a chefia de Reportagem na Record TV<\/strong><\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Um novo e grande desafio. Sou um profissional inquieto, busco aprender com os colegas e adquirir conhecimento nas funções que executo. Acredito que na vida tudo tem um motivo e o momento certo. E ser lembrado para uma função extremamente importante no processo de TV é desafiador. Sou grato por todas as oportunidades que tive e estou tendo dentro do grupo Record, na rádio e na TV.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – Quais são as suas expectativas para este cargo? <\/strong><\/p>\n

As expectativas são as melhores possíveis. Espero poder dar continuidade ao trabalho que vem sendo feito e auxiliar em processos que serão desenvolvidos pela emissora e, para isso, contamos com um grupo de profissionais muito qualificados. A intenção é ajudar ainda mais no crescimento da emissora e, principalmente, levar a informação da maneira mais clara e correta para o telespectador.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Como foi o seu crescimento dentro da emissora? E o que isso significa para você?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eu sempre falo que o ambiente de trabalho é fundamental para conseguir desenvolver as atividades com maior qualidade. Isso ocorre na Record TV, principalmente por meio das últimas gestões que me propiciaram adquirir conhecimento e crescer na empresa. Tive a liberdade para produção de conteúdos locais e também auxiliar nas demandas de rede. Por um período, pude executar a função de editor de texto com demandas de rede nacional e vejo que todo esse crescimento, aliado à experiência, contribuíram para que eu fosse lembrado para a vaga de chefe de reportagem. <\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Difícil falar daqui a cinco anos. Jornalismo é muito dinâmico, e isso é bom! É o que me motiva a entrar na redação da Guaíba e da Record TV com vontade de buscar informações e levá-las ao ouvinte e telespectador. Afinal, é justamente essa dinâmica constante que me move como jornalista. Não apenas em cinco anos, mas para o restante da minha carreira profissional, o objetivo é estar sempre crescendo ao lado daqueles que compartilham o dia a dia comigo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
