1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/b>  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Eu <\/span>me chamo Guilherme <\/span>Milman<\/span>, sou nascido e criado em Porto Alegre. Tenho 22 anos e, no último mês de agosto, formei-me em Jornalismo pela Escola de Comunicação, Artes e Design (Famecos) da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Também sou radialista pelo curso da OSCIP Padre Landell de Moura<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Por que escolheu ser jornalista? <\/b>  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Foi uma escolha muito subjetiva. Não cheguei a ter um <\/span>insight<\/span><\/i>. Vários fatores que moldaram minha personalidade fazem de mim jornalista. Ainda criança, passava a manhã assistindo a programas esportivos. Tinha mais interesse pelo debate, pela informação e pelas curiosidades, do que pelos jogos em si. Além disso, sempre gostei de contar histórias e de estar por dentro de tudo que acontecia, desde as fofocas de família até o resultado das eleições presidenciais.<\/span>   <\/span><\/p>\n

Lembro que no Ensino Médio, todos meus colegas estavam em dúvida sobre qual curso escolher na faculdade. Eu me esforcei ao máximo para também surfar nessa indecisão, pensei em outras áreas que poderia gostar. Mas não adianta, a Comunicação e o Jornalismo já eram caminhos concretos para mim.<\/span>   <\/span><\/p>\n

3 – Como foi para você <\/b>receber o convite para integrar a equipe de reportagem da Rádio Gaúcha<\/b><\/a>?<\/b>  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Foi uma sensação incrível. Quando fiz a entrevista, pensei que não seria escolhido por ser muito jovem e ter acabado de deixar a faculdade. Ao receber a resposta, demorou para cair a ficha. Para falar a verdade, não sei se ainda caiu. A <\/span>Gaúcha<\/b><\/a><\/span> faz parte da minha vida desde sempre. <\/span><\/p>\n

Meu pai me levava para a escola ouvindo o <\/span>Macedo<\/b><\/a><\/span> e eu brigava com ele, pois queria ouvir música. Hoje eu trabalho com o Macedo e com outros tantos jornalistas incríveis que me ensinam muito todos os dias. Sou muito grato por tudo que tenho vivido nesses últimos meses.<\/span>   <\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Quais são as vantagens e os desafios que você projeta neste novo setor? <\/b>  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Todo mundo fala que a Gaúcha é um canhão. Passam os anos e a emissora segue sendo uma companheira fiel de milhares de gaúchos. Isso traz tanto visibilidade como responsabilidade. O trabalho do jornalista é muito volátil. Cada história a ser contada é uma maneira diferente de pensar a informação e como ela chega nas pessoas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tem sido um imenso desafio buscar o equilíbrio entre apresentar uma história cativante, que chame a atenção do ouvinte em um mundo cheio de distrações, e reportar um fato com credibilidade e responsabilidade, em uma sociedade que desconfia cada vez mais de nós. Dito isso, meu principal objetivo é ser um parceiro de quem consome a rádio. <\/span><\/p>\n

Atuando em um espaço com tanta interatividade tenho aprendido que o jornalista é mais que um informante, é um prestador de serviços. Temos a missão de ajudar as pessoas, para além da matéria no site ou do boletim ao vivo.<\/span>   <\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/b>  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Quero seguir fazendo jornalismo, ouvindo e contando histórias. Cinco anos é muito tempo, mas também não é. Em 2016 estava me formando no ensino médio, não tinha nem pisado na faculdade ainda. Não sei onde vou estar em 2026, mas torço muito para que siga trabalhando com o que amo. <\/span><\/p>\n

Vejo muitos colegas que infelizmente tiveram de abrir mão das suas funções por motivações econômicas. É algo que penso frequentemente. Temo que um dia possa passar pelo mesmo dilema. Mas vou me esforçar ao máximo para que o Jornalismo siga vivo na minha rotina por muito tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
