1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chamo-me Israel Augusto Moraes de Castro Fritsch, vulgo Isra, jornalista, mestre e doutorando em Literatura pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Ufrgs). Marido do professor Valter, tio de muitos, tio-avô do Érico e do Matteo e pai de pet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Venho da cidade de Rio Grande e me dedico à televisão desde 2004. No momento, estou como editor Regional, equivalente a gerente de Jornalismo, no <\/span>SBT<\/strong><\/a> do Rio Grande do Sul, com muito trabalho e orgulho da equipe aguerrida que comando.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Quando surgiu a vontade de se tornar um jornalista?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quando eu li o romance ‘Onde Andará Dulce Veiga’, do meu autor preferido, o gaúcho Caio Fernando Abreu. O personagem principal é um repórter e, por ter sido jornalista, Caio construiu um ambiente de redação que me encantou. Mas antes eu já acompanhava muito telejornal. Ainda adolescente, eu assistia ao Boris Casoy no ‘TJ Brasil’, no SBT, precursor do ‘SBT Brasil’, do qual tive o imenso prazer de ser editor de texto por seis anos, aqui em Porto Alegre. <\/span><\/p>\n

Também adolescente meu pai me levava a uma banca para comprar a edição de domingo de Zero Hora, que eu comprava o ‘Folhão’, contando moedas, mas na segunda-feira, quando a edição chegava, com atraso, a Rio Grande.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – Como foi para você receber o <\/strong>convite para ser o editor regional do SBT-RS<\/strong><\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eu sou bem mandado (risos). Eu já contribuí muito com o ex-gestor, <\/span>Danilo Teixeira<\/strong><\/a>, e tinha noção da responsabilidade do cargo. Partiu dele e, ao que parece, naturalmente, a sugestão do meu nome à direção nacional do Jornalismo. Nosso diretor nacional, José Occhiuso, veio a Porto Alegre fazer a transição. <\/span><\/p>\n

No início, fiquei reticente, mas nada como a realidade para a gente desenvolver capacidades que não conhecia. Eu recebi muito carinho dos colegas, que me deram um aval informal, digamos assim. Força, na prática. Tenho entendido muito mais sobre Marketing e relacionamento. Saio mais da redação e circulo bem mais dentro e fora da emissora. Mas ainda tenho muito a aprender.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Quais são os seus principais desafios na emissora?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manter um segmento conectado à comunidade, com qualidade, respeito e a alegria do SBT. Também fortaleceu o Jornalismo Esportivo local, já que o meio veio pra ficar na emissora com grandes transmissões e programas nacionais. A partir disso, eu já dou início à grife <\/span>Glauco Pasa<\/strong><\/a>, um grande nome do Jornalismo Esportivo do Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terei concluído meu doutorado, no qual estudo memórias. Como tenho gostado muito da experiência, pretendo continuar como gestor de Comunicação, aprimorando cada vez mais minhas habilidades. Em segundo plano, também espero contribuir como exemplo de que é possível ser gestor LGBTQIA+, o que ainda se vê pouco, sem preconceito nem prejuízo (que realmente não fazem parte do meu dia a dia, ainda bem), e ampliar espaços para as pessoas que, culturalmente, não ocupam determinados cargos: mulheres, negras e negros, jornalistas de mais idade.
