1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eu sou o Lucas Ferraz, natural de Porto Alegre e atualmente fundador e head de Negócios da Clarke, agência especializada em criar apresentações em powerpoint para o Brasil e para a Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-  Por que você decidiu trabalhar na área da Comunicação?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sou apaixonado por Comunicação desde jovem, percebi desde lá que tenho uma naturalidade de me expressar e de me argumentar. Minha mãe foi um ponto muito importante neste processo, pois desde pequeno via ela com jornal e livros na mão. Ela foi executiva do Grupo RBS, então a área da Comunicação sempre esteve presente dentro da minha casa.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Em janeiro, a <\/strong>Clarke começou a atuar em Lisboa<\/strong><\/a>. Como você avalia o desenvolvimento da agência em solo português até agora?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Portugal é um mercado com muitas oportunidades, a área da Comunicação é bastante carente de boas empresas e de digitalização. Lisboa e as cidades dos arredores são um oceano azul que ainda estamos desbravando e entendendo como performa. Estamos construindo um avião em pleno voo. Com acertos e erros, estamos adequando nossa estratégia de penetração e criando um mercado totalmente novo para executivos e empresários de pequenas e grandes empresas. Nossa performance até o momento está dentro do esperado, estamos evoluindo e de acordo com o planejamento que fizemos. O ponto negativo é que vamos precisar de mais 30% de recursos financeiros além do que tínhamos planejado, tudo isso para mudar a cultura de um país que não tem o hábito de contratar agências de apresentações em powerpoint. <\/span><\/p>\n

4-  Quais são os principais desafios de atuar com os dois mercados, brasileiro e português?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Com toda certeza a cultura. O Brasil está acostumado com agências que criam apresentações de forma profissional. Já, na Europa, é muito novo para eles o serviço, por isso no nosso desafio comercial esbarramos na cultura. Mas acreditamos 100% que a dor do executivo aqui do Brasil é a mesma de lá. No fim, todos eles querem uma apresentação pronta em 24 horas e com design encantador.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nossos planos para daqui a cinco anos são utilizar menos força humana na parte Comercial e de Atendimento, e criar uma forma on-line em que qualquer pessoa consiga adquirir uma apresentação sem precisar falar com ninguém. Além disso, atuar na Europa de forma mais abrangente, em países que nossos clientes aqui do Brasil tem sede e, assim, ter uma expansão mais fácil e mais rápida.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
