Sou um apaixonado por comunica&ccedil;&atilde;o e relacionamento entre pessoas\/marcas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 &ndash; Por que decidiu cursar Publicidade e Propaganda?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sempre gostei da &aacute;rea de comunica&ccedil;&atilde;o como um todo, mas gostava da percep&ccedil;&atilde;o que a publicidade tinha pra mim na &eacute;poca em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o &agrave; estrat&eacute;gia, conte&uacute;do e storytelling. Adorava ver as campanhas que tinham conceitos interessantes e queria entender mais sobre o processo geral: a chegada do briefing, quais as melhores estrat&eacute;gias a serem tomadas, como eram definidos os conceitos criativos e de que maneira chegavam ao p&uacute;blico atrav&eacute;s da m&iacute;dia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 &ndash; Como a experi&ecirc;ncia como publicit&aacute;rio agrega na FTcom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eu trabalhei em torno de seis anos em ag&ecirc;ncias de Porto Alegre. Durante esse per&iacute;odo, notei que, independente do local, sempre gostei de me relacionar com pessoas e, por isso &#8211; naturalmente &#8211; fui pra &aacute;rea de Atendimento. Nessa &aacute;rea, aprendi muito sobre a &ldquo;arte&rdquo; de lidar com o cliente. Essa experi&ecirc;ncia facilitou muito a transi&ccedil;&atilde;o da Publicidade para Assessoria de Comunica&ccedil;&atilde;o Corporativa, pois o trabalho da FTcom &eacute;, em sua ess&ecirc;ncia, relacionamento com pessoas. E me orgulho em dizer que consegui agregar isso internamente para a equipe com boas pr&aacute;ticas e melhores formas de conduzir as tarefas di&aacute;rias.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 &ndash; Como &eacute; para voc&ecirc; <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coletiva.net\/noticias\/de-cara-nova-fatto-comunicacao-agora-e-ftcom,400327.jhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ter se tornado s&oacute;cio da FTcom<\/strong><\/a><strong>, principalmente em meio ao processo de rebranding da empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foi um dos principais desafios da minha vida. Precis&aacute;vamos replanejar o futuro de uma marca, com o olhar do presente, ent&atilde;o o n&iacute;vel de responsabilidade era alto. Nunca &eacute; f&aacute;cil mexer em um branding de uma empresa e minha experi&ecirc;ncia em publicidade mostrou isso, principalmente quando falamos de 25 anos de hist&oacute;ria que foram constru&iacute;dos de forma exemplar pela minha s&oacute;cia <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coletiva.net\/perfil\/fatima-torri-questionadora-da-vida,125685.jhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>F&aacute;tima Torri<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No entanto, sab&iacute;amos que era um momento crucial para essa evolu&ccedil;&atilde;o, pois a pandemia acelerou mudan&ccedil;as significativas que j&aacute; prev&iacute;amos como home office e outras adapta&ccedil;&otilde;es internas que precisavam acontecer nesse per&iacute;odo. Foi um processo &aacute;rduo e longo, por&eacute;m um belo aprendizado para todos os envolvidos no projeto e ficamos muito felizes com o resultado.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5 &ndash; Quais s&atilde;o os seus planos para daqui a cinco anos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cinco anos hoje me parecem uma eternidade (risos), pois tudo muda muito r&aacute;pido. Sou uma pessoa que gosta de analisar mais a curto prazo. Penso em um futuro em que teremos a FTcom cada vez proeminente. Evoluindo a sua forma de trabalho, a partir das mudan&ccedil;as constantes do mercado &ndash; assim como sempre fez ao longo de sua hist&oacute;ria.
