1 – Quem é você, de onde vem e o que faz?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chamo-me Marcio Paz, nasci em Santiago e me criei em Alegrete, onde comecei no rádio aos 21 anos. Passei por algumas emissoras como as Atlântidas de Porto Alegre, Santa Maria, Passo Fundo e Santa Cruz – nestas três últimas como coordenador e comunicador. Estive também na <\/span>Gaúcha<\/strong><\/a>, Pop Rock e 102.3 FM, na Capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Atualmente, tenho uma rádio digital, a Rádio Na Paz, e trabalho remotamente para as rádios CBN de Florianópolis e Joinville, e Jovem Hits de Uruguaiana. Além de atuar na <\/span>Rede União FM<\/strong><\/a>, em Novo Hamburgo, Pelotas e Blumenau.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Como surgiu seu interesse pelo mundo da Comunicação?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde muito cedo, tenho o hábito de pesquisar e garimpar músicas e artistas. Na adolescência, já morava em Porto Alegre e, para bancar as férias, que eram aproveitadas com meus amigos no Alegrete, tinha o costume de gravar fitas e vendê-las para eles. Em determinado momento, fiz amizade com um casal de irmãos que trabalhavam na rádio Cultura de Alegrete e acabei sendo contratado. Ali começou a minha trajetória no rádio.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – <\/strong>Em outubro você passou a integrar o time da Rádio União FM<\/strong><\/a>. Como você avalia esse período?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estou muito feliz em ser parte de uma equipe tão legal. Nunca fui tão bem recebido e reconhecido profissionalmente. Tinha decidido não voltar mais para o mundo corporativo, mas a maneira que o <\/span>Rodrigo Giacomet<\/strong><\/a>, diretor da União FM, conduziu nossas negociações e a possibilidade de trabalhar remotamente com a <\/span>Stephany Sander<\/strong><\/a> pelas manhãs e reeditar o ‘Programa Na Paz’ às 19h foi realmente tentador. Ter um programa autoral em uma rádio é realmente uma conquista. Estou bem feliz.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – Na sua opinião, quais são os desafios da profissão?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manter-se atualizado e muito bem informado é sempre um grande desafio e demanda muito tempo. Permanecer durante muito tempo no ar e com credibilidade e responsabilidade é desafiador. Hoje, com as redes sociais e muitas notícias falsas, temos que fazer com que nosso trabalho seja ainda mais vigilante na entrega.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 – Quais são os seus planos para os próximos cinco anos?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Beber mais água, manter a quantidade de cerveja. Curtir cada vez mais minha família, meus filhos Tales, Tarsis e Maria Antônia, meus pets e continuar trabalhando no que amo, na minha casa na beira da praia. Fazer pães e cerâmica.
