A ag\u00eancia\u00a0Bistr\u00f4<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0finalizou 2025 celebrando conquistas que buscaram refor\u00e7ar o posicionamento humano, \u00e9tico e inovador da empresa. Entre os principais destaques, est\u00e1 a conquista do primeiro lugar no ranking ‘Great Place to Work Brasil’<\/em>, em tradu\u00e7\u00e3o livre, \u00f3timo lugar para trabalhar, na categoria LGBTQIA+ e terceira posi\u00e7\u00e3o no segmento \u00c9tnico-racial. Ao fim do ano passado, a ag\u00eancia encerrou com 10% de lucratividade, resultado considerado positivo diante da realidade do setor.<\/p>\n

Ainda em 2025, a empresa recebeu o selo Great People – Mental Health, reconhecimento concedido pelo ecossistema do\u00a0‘Great Place to Work’<\/em>\u00a0\u00e0s empresas que se destacam pelo cuidado estruturado e consistente com a sa\u00fade mental de seus colaboradores. O selo reflete a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento do ‘Programa de Sa\u00fade Mental da Bistr\u00f4’, alinhado \u00e0 Norma Regulamentadora 1 (NR-1). A cultura de cuidado j\u00e1 ocorria na empresa e busca se traduzir em a\u00e7\u00f5es, como: acesso semanal a sess\u00f5es com psic\u00f3logos, acompanhamento mensal com psiquiatra e atendimento com outros profissionais de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Na \u00e1rea de Ambiental, Social e Governan\u00e7a (ESG), a Bistr\u00f4 apresentou um ESG que buscou ser robusto e com avan\u00e7os significativos, especialmente na agenda ambiental. A frente social \u00e9 uma pauta que sempre esteve presente no DNA da empresa, e em 2025 foi finalizada a estrutura de governan\u00e7a, com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica e do Canal de Den\u00fancias. Outro avan\u00e7o estrat\u00e9gico foi a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Interno de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, que permitiu ganhos significativos na qualidade e efici\u00eancia das entregas criativas, sem a necessidade de demiss\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Novidades da empresa em 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Bistr\u00f4 busca refor\u00e7ar o entendimento de que a tecnologia \u00e9 uma aliada, mas que o elemento humano segue sendo central no processo criativo, posicionamento que continuar\u00e1 guiando a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa. No ano passado, a ag\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7ou na conquista e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes estrat\u00e9gicos, visando ampliar sua relev\u00e2ncia no cen\u00e1rio nacional. Passaram a integrar o portf\u00f3lio da ag\u00eancia marcas como: Imbralit, Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Vibra.<\/p>\n

Na \u00e1rea de criatividade, a ag\u00eancia conquistou seis pr\u00eamios no ‘Sal\u00e3o ARP’, al\u00e9m de receber o reconhecimento no ‘Pr\u00eamio ADVB’ com o case desenvolvido para o cliente Univates. Para 2026, a Bistr\u00f4 projeta um ano de aprofundamento estrat\u00e9gico, com mais maturidade no uso humano e \u00e9tico da intelig\u00eancia artificial, fortalecimento cont\u00ednuo do ESG, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da carteira de clientes e expans\u00e3o da atua\u00e7\u00e3o em n\u00edvel nacional e internacional, aproveitando os novos modelos de trabalho e relacionamento com clientes.

\n<\/strong>Planos para o novo ano\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A vice-presidente Institucional e de ESG da Ag\u00eancia Bistr\u00f4,\u00a0Fernanda Aldabe<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0v\u00ea 2026 com muito otimismo. “Vamos aprofundar tudo aquilo que j\u00e1 faz parte da nossa ess\u00eancia: o uso respons\u00e1vel da intelig\u00eancia artificial, o compromisso com um ESG que contribua para um mundo mais \u00e9tico e uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o cada vez mais humana, pr\u00f3xima e afetiva com nossos colaboradores e clientes”, afirmou Fernanda. O vice-presidente de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o da ag\u00eancia,\u00a0Gabriel Besnos<\/strong><\/a>, compartilha das boas expectativas para a Bistr\u00f4 em 2026.<\/p>\n

Ele acredita que h\u00e1 possibilidades de ter uma amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda e que isso acaba mobilizando a economia e a fazendo girar. Ele informou que a ag\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m tem sido procurada por marcas fora do estado e que acredita que isso tende a expandir a \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o. “Tivemos \u00f3timos resultados no \u00faltimo ‘Sal\u00e3o ARP’ em termos de premia\u00e7\u00f5es dos nossos trabalhos e acho que isso traz uma visibilidade legal para o que a gente vem fazendo”, contou Gabriel.<\/p>\n

O vice-presidente disse estar otimista para o novo ano: “A gente conseguiu no segundo semestre de 2025 recuperar o f\u00f4lego que no primeiro semestre tinha sido um pouco mais dif\u00edcil e acho que isso aponta para um ano bom nos neg\u00f3cios”.
