Ainda que o burnout siga envolto em estigma e silêncio dentro de muitas empresas, há sinais de mudança cultural em curso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No setor da Comunicação, a pressão por resultados, a urgência digital e a alta demanda criativa têm adoecido profissionais em diferentes níveis hierárquicos. Como resposta, algumas organizações começam a estruturar comitês internos de saúde mental e oferecer suporte contínuo, indo além das ações pontuais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ainda são raras as pesquisas aprofundadas sobre o tema no Brasil, especialmente voltadas à realidade de jornalistas, publicitários e profissionais de marketing. Mas o aumento dos afastamentos por burnout e a dificuldade de retorno ao mercado tradicional têm ampliado o debate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Iniciativas independentes, como grupos on-line de acolhimento e red<\/span>es de apoio entre pares, também ganham força, revelando uma tendência de busca por escuta empática fora do ambiente corporativo.<\/span><\/p>\n

O que ainda não está consolidado é uma política de prevenção estruturada no mercado como um todo. Apesar disso, a movimentação de entidades, como a Federação Nacional dos Jornalistas (Fenaj) e Associação Riograndense de Propaganda (ARP), aponta para um cenário onde a saúde mental começa a ser tratada como pauta coletiva e estratégica.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
