André Martins, gerente de Performance da Amaro, falou ao Coletiva.net<\/strong> sobre a experiência de apresentar o case da marca, no Festival de Interatividade e Comunicação (FIC 2018), no Teatro Unisinos, em Porto Alegre. Ele ressaltou que o evento é uma oportunidade para trazer questões importantes que estão surgindo no mercado. “É interessante trazer a trajetória da nossa marca, que faz parte de todo esse contexto tecnológico, e mostrar como estamos evoluindo no mercado de varejo”, disse..<\/p>\n

A Amaro é uma marca digital, fundada em 2014, e opera de forma omnichannel, ou seja, molda o tipo de atendimento de acordo com a preferência do consumidor. Apesar de ser uma forma de venda totalmente online, a empresa já conta com 15 Guide Shops espalhados em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Belo Horizonte – espaços físicos para os consumidores terem uma experiência real com os produtos, desde acessórios a vestuário. Apesar dos espaços, as compras são finalizadas online. “Além do engajamento dos consumidores com os produtos, nós realizamos eventos nesses locais, ativações e interações com influenciadores. Do ponto de vista de conveniência, o cliente aproveita mais dessa forma”, avaliou.<\/p>\n

Martins abordou que a Amaro foi criada com a visão de transformar o modo tradicional que o mercado da Moda opera. Por isso, valeu-se do modelo DTC (Direct To Consumer), ferramenta que remove intermediários na rede de distribuição e realiza a venda final para o cliente, fazendo, assim, a marca referência ter bom vínculo com o comprador.<\/p>\n
