Há dois dias acompanhando processos da operação de mesa de áudio, Fran Martins estreia hoje, 1º, no comando de dois programas — ‘Tamo junto’ e ‘Swingando’ — na Rádio Oceano, de Rio Grande. A oportunidade surgiu no fim de 2019, quando ela ainda integrava o time do Grupo RBS, de onde foi <\/span>demitida<\/span><\/strong><\/a> em janeiro, após quase cinco anos de dedicação e apenas alguns dias após ter sido anunciada como voz institucional da empresa. <\/span><\/p>\n

As tratativas foram retomadas em fevereiro, quando ela se deslocou de Porto Alegre para Rio Grande, a fim de participar do processo seletivo. Quando a resposta positiva chegou, Fran teve 15 dias para se mudar. “É uma loucura. Antes, eu morava perto dos meus pais, agora é na cara e na coragem”, afirmou ao <\/span>Coletiva.net<\/strong>. Conforme contou, nunca, antes da entrevista, havia estado na cidade e nem tinha conhecidos no lugar. “Por sorte, tenho facilidade com isso. Já deu tempo de conhecer muitas pessoas”, comemorou. <\/span><\/p>\n

Para Fran, a ideia é somar e compartilhar conhecimentos. “Isso para que, juntos, possamos aperfeiçoar os processos cada vez mais”, explicou. Segundo ela, a novidade, ao mesmo tempo que é desafiadora, é muito importante para a sua carreira. Um dos primeiros passos na nova casa é fazer a locução de um novo vídeo institucional da emissora. O ‘Tamo Junto’ vai ao ar das 19h às 20h, de segunda a sexta-feira, e o ‘Swingando’ é transmitido das 20h às 00h, de segunda a sábado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Formada pela PUCRS em janeiro, Fran cursa pós-graduação em Influência Digital e Conteúdo Estratégico na mesma instituição. A formação possibilitará, conforme mencionou, que ela participe da idealização de novos projetos da emissora no ambiente digital. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
