Na noite desta terça-feira, 24, a Associação Riograndense de Propaganda (ARP) realizou o painel ‘Reputação, Comunicação e Gestão de Crise’ na sede da agência Trinca, em Porto Alegre. O encontro contou com a participação de especialistas em Comunicação Corporativa, que compartilharam experiências, boas práticas e reflexões sobre o fortalecimento da reputação das organizações em um cenário cada vez mais complexo e exigente.<\/span><\/p>\n

O painel teve a mediação de <\/span>Mariana Turkenicz<\/strong><\/a>, diretora e sócia-fundadora da <\/span>Enfato Comunicação<\/strong><\/a>, e reuniu Tatiana Maia Lins, consultora em Reputação Corporativa que veio pela primeira vez à capital gaúcha, especialmente para o evento;<\/span> Rafael Guerra<\/strong><\/a>, gerente de Marketing e Comunicação da Fraport Brasil; e Ana Paula Rocha, gerente de Marca e Reputação da Randoncorp. <\/span><\/p>\n

Durante o evento, os painelistas reforçaram que a reputação é construída não pelo que as empresas dizem sobre si mesmas, mas pelo impacto de suas ações na sociedade e pela percepção que os stakeholders têm sobre elas. “Reputação é o que dizem de nós quando estamos longe. Ela é o reflexo de como a empresa afeta e é afetada pela sociedade”, afirmou Tatiana Maia Lins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tatiana destacou ainda que, apesar da relevância das redes sociais, a gestão de reputação vai muito além do monitoramento on-line. “Não podemos nos basear apenas em comentários ou cliques nas redes. A reputação demanda uma visão 360° sobre todos os pontos de contato com a empresa, incluindo a interação com Inteligência Artificial”, explicou.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comunicação interna e externa<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ana Paula Rocha compartilhou a experiência da Randoncorp na integração das áreas de Comunicação Interna e Institucional, reforçando a importância de um olhar estratégico sobre cada ação da empresa. “Cada contato que o funcionário tem com a empresa pode impactar a percepção externa. A Comunicação precisa ser abrangente, alinhada aos imperativos estratégicos e à prevenção de crises”, disse. Ela ressaltou a necessidade de estar presente desde o início dos processos críticos, fornecendo suporte e segurança aos gestores envolvidos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Planejamento e protocolo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rafael Guerra trouxe à tona a experiência da Fraport Brasil na gestão do aeroporto de Porto Alegre em situações de crise complexas, como enchentes e interrupções operacionais. Ele explicou a importância da leitura de cenário, da ativação de protocolos detalhados e do uso de canais próprios para controlar a narrativa. “Contamos a história com transparência, engajamento e protagonismo de quem estava na linha de frente, garantindo segurança operacional e preservando a confiança de passageiros e parceiros”, afirmou.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ao final do encontro, Mariana Turkenicz destacou que prevenir crises é fundamental para sair delas mais forte. “O planejamento e a preparação são essenciais. Dados da ‘Pesquisa knewin’ mostram que 80% das crises poderiam ser evitadas, e ainda assim 12% das empresas não se preparam.
