Começa amanhã, 21, no Centro de Eventos da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) (Av. Ipiranga, 6681 – bairro Partenon), em Porto Alegre, o Congregarh 2023. Com o tema ‘Olhar Sistêmico: Conexões que Importam’, o evento acontecerá até a sexta-feira, 23. Promovida pela Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos seccional Rio Grande do Sul (ABRH-RS), além de palestras e painéis, a iniciativa integrará a ExpoCongregarh. As inscrições podem ser feitas pelo <\/span>hotsite do encontro<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

No congresso serão abordados assuntos como Inovação, tecnologia para Recursos Humanos, bem-estar e saúde profissional, neurociência nas relações, gestão e cultura empresarial. ESG (sigla em inglês para ambiental, social e governança) e liderança também estarão entre as pautas debatidas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Participará do encontro Andrea Lorio, apresentador do podcast da NVIDIA Brasil, ex-executivo de Dados (CDO) da L’Oréal e <\/span>ex-country manager<\/span><\/em> – gerente nacional, em tradução livre – do Tinder no Brasil e na América Latina. Além dele, Dan Cockerell, ex-vice-presidente do Magic Kingdom, com mais de 26 anos de carreira na Disney; Dirlene Silva, economista; e Roberto Padovani, economista-chefe do banco BV desde 2011, estão entre os palestrantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Já a ExpoCongregarh será uma feira de visitação gratuita que reunirá empresas de diferentes segmentos para apresentar soluções inovadoras e lançamentos para a área de Recursos Humanos. A ação também oportunizará momentos de relacionamentos e networking.<\/span><\/p>\n

O presidente da ABRH-RS, Pedro Fagherazzi, explica que o objetivo é trabalhar quatro pilares – desafios contemporâneos, essência humana, ecossistema de gestão e humanidades e complexidades. Para tanto, a abordagem será ampla, que permita enxergar o todo a partir destas partes. “Com a compreensão do cenário atual e a interconexão de tudo e todos de forma dinâmica, tecnológica e ágil, é possível criar soluções mais produtivas e sustentáveis para os desafios enfrentados”, acredita. <\/span><\/p>\n

O congresso, então, debaterá pontos estratégicos dentro do tema macro da visão sistêmica “para motivar pessoas e produzir reflexões que possam gerar mudança e transformação para desenvolvimento das organizações, dos colaboradores e da sociedade”, completa Fagherazzi.
