No final da tarde de hoje, às 17h, ocorre o lançamento do livro ‘Moda Alegre’, no  Theatro São Pedro (Praça Marechal Deodoro, S\/N – bairro Centro Histórico), em Porto Alegre. A obra traz histórias de 20 mulheres de comunidades carentes da capital gaúcha que, por meio da costura, empreenderam e conseguiram prosperar nos negócios. Com 272 páginas, a edição integra o projeto ‘Coletânea Empreendedoras de Alta Performance’, idealizado pela editora Leader, e liderado pelo selo editorial ‘Série Mulheres’.<\/span><\/p>\n

A publicação é parte da iniciativa de mesmo nome fundada pela advogada e digital empreendedora social Tainá Vidal, juntamente com a vice-presidente de Expansão e Carreira do projeto, a psicanalista Sirley Carvalho. A CEO Tainá acredita que pelo livro se pode mostrar a outras mulheres do Brasil “sua potência e possibilidade de pensar o empreendedorismo, mudando suas realidades e de suas comunidades”.<\/span><\/p>\n

As histórias de superação, pela arte de costurar e pela busca pelo empreendedorismo, demonstram a possibilidades das mulheres em conquistarem espaço e efetiva participação no mercado de trabalho. O exemplar narra o caminho de cada uma, com os percalços, desafios e preconceitos, bem como as diferentes estratégias que aprenderam a colocar em prática para alavancar os negócios. <\/span><\/p>\n

Além da  livraria Cultura, a obra pode ser adquirida pelos QR Codes das coautoras, que podem ser acessados diretamente nas redes sociais delas. Neste caso, 15% do valor é revertido para elas. Também é possível solicitar o livro pelo Instagram do projeto. Para Sirley, trabalhar em prol do empreendedorismo feminino é acreditar na força das mulheres, que, por meio desta oportunidade, “contribuem para suas comunidades e para a economia do País”. “É uma iniciativa que tem o poder de nos surpreender a cada dia, tendo, sempre, algo novo a ser desenvolvido”, evidencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projeto ‘Moda Alegre’ <\/strong><\/p>\n

Lançado oficialmente em 2019, o ‘Moda Alegre’ é um programa de empreendedorismo social de capacitação profissional, de educação socioemocional, que potencializa a economia circular e colaborativa, a liderança feminina e o desenvolvimento local. A iniciativa atua com base em três pilares concomitantes: educa\u00e7\u00e3o, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal. <\/span><\/p>\n

No último, são trabalhados o valor e a história delas como mulheres, a fim de potencializar as aptidões de empreendedora e profissional. Ainda é abordado o valor geracional da profissão de costureira, para ressignificar essa habilidade. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
