A farmacêutica gaúcha Ana Helena Ulbrich foi incluída na lista das 100 pessoas mais influentes em Inteligência Artificial (IA) no mundo em 2025, organizada pela revista Time. Ela integra a categoria ‘Inovadores’ ao lado de nomes como Elon Musk e Mark Zuckerberg. Cofundadora e diretora executiva da NoHarm.ai, empresa instalada dentro do Parque Científico e Tecnológico da Pontifícia Universidade do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) (Tecnopuc), a profissional lidera o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma de gerenciamento de medicamentos em hospitais com apoio de plataformas carregadas por IA.<\/span><\/p>\n

A tecnologia criada pela startup se propõe a organizar medicamentos, revisar prescrições médicas e sinalizar riscos para pacientes, a fim de reduzir desperdícios e falhas de dosagem. Atualmente, mais de 200 hospitais, clínicas e centros de saúde no Brasil utilizam a solução, que analisa mensalmente mais de cinco milhões de receitas e impacta cerca de 2,5 milhões de pessoas. A equipe conta com 20 colaboradores atuando em três Estados diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n

O reconhecimento internacional conferido à NoHarm.ai também foi impulsionado por financiamentos da Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) e do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (Bndes. O auxílio da Uname, associação civil brasileira sem fins lucrativos que atua na promoção da saúde pública, também foi importante para o crescimento.<\/span><\/p>\n

Além deles, destacam-se também o recebimento de premiações como os ‘Google Latin America Research Awards’ e o ‘Llama Impact Innovation Awards’, da Meta. “Estamos muito felizes em ver a Ana Helena nesta seleta lista, assim como celebramos com a NoHarm.ai cada vida que eles impactam com a solução desenvolvida”, ressaltou Flávia Florin, diretora do Tecnopuc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sobre a NoHarm.ai<\/strong><\/p>\n

A trajetória da empresa começou em 2019, quando Ana Helena identificou riscos ligados à sobrecarga de trabalho em sua experiência no Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, em Porto Alegre. Ao lado do irmão, o cientista de dados Henrique Dias, ela fundou a NoHarm.ai com o objetivo de garantir maior segurança ao paciente no sistema de saúde.<\/span><\/p>\n

O projeto ganhou força no Tecnopuc, em meio a programas que conectam pesquisa científica e mercado, além de apoio do NAVI, hub de Inteligência Artificial e Ciência de Dados. “A NoHarm.ai nasceu da necessidade de garantir a segurança do paciente.
