Eu tive uma ideia: vamos todos morar em uma casa longe dos grandes centros, um casarão. Lá, todo mundo pode entrar. Serão bem-recebidos principalmente aqueles que gostam de falar sobre a vida em um jardim ensolarado, comer o suficiente para cessar a fome e que acreditam que a felicidade se consolide apenas em escapar da dor. Todos são aceitos, os que não não têm nada e os que têm tudo: já que na verdade, para fugir da dor, nada disso adianta. <\/span><\/p>\n

Não gosto muito de levar créditos pelos outros, mas considerando que eu sou a Vida, qualquer inspiração sobre o meu sentido deve ser creditada a mim, também, né? Essa ideia vem de um amigo meu, que viveu e morreu mal-interpretado, Epicuro, o pai do Epicurismo, uma corrente filosófica da Grécia Antiga. Mal-interpretado porque para o Epicurismo, o prazer não é livre e desenfreado, mas moderado e simples, ao contrário do que pensam quando falamos dele. Então, quando falam que ele defendia grandes prazeres carnais e abundância, isso diz mais sobre a pessoa do que sobre ele. Vou defender meu amigo. O que ele dizia é que o prazer não é livre e desenfreado, mas moderado e simples. Deve-se desejar as coisas necessárias, naturais e possíveis, sem ganância. Segundo Epicuro, “a quem não basta pouco, nada basta”, assim, é preciso desejar algo palpável e fácil de ser obtido. É por isso que Epicuro defende que as necessidades imediatas sejam satisfeitas, porque devem ser simples e viáveis. <\/span><\/p>\n

Deu pra entender? Se você procura o prazer para lidar com a sua vida, não estamos falando em sair na rua fazendo o que se quer. Estamos falando dos prazeres realmente necessários à nossa existência: fome, libido, amigos, conhecimento… E não precisa ser do melhor restaurante da cidade, com a pessoa mais desejada da festa, com os amigos mais divertidos e com todo o conhecimento do mundo… Não. Desejos naturais e necessários: aqueles que livram o corpo da dor da fome e da sede e atingem a felicidade.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agora vou entrar no que chamamos de Trilema Paradoxal de Epicuro. “Se Deus existe e deseja prevenir o mal, mas não é capaz… Então não é onipotente. É capaz, mas não deseja? Então é malevolente. É capaz e deseja? Então por que o mal existe? Não é capaz e nem deseja? Então por que lhe chamamos Deus?” Como já disse aqui, a Vida é uma junção de fés, crenças e possibilidades para encarar o viver. Olha eu me definindo, talvez eu seja um pouco egocêntrica. Mas vocês também são, né? <\/span><\/p>\n

O foco aqui não é falar de religiosidade, mas falar do “que não está sob nosso controle, não deve roubar nossos pequenos prazer humanos”. E vamos desmistificar a palavra “prazer” que nesse contexto é apenas saciar necessidades simples. Não esbanjar. Não exagerar. É pão com água, não um full-service de 100 reais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trouxe um pouco de Epicurismo hoje, porque acho que vocês estão sempre correndo, atrás da grandiosidade, da fama, da melhor foto, do melhor namorado, salário, viagem, como se uma bexiga de ar que incha e desincha. O verdadeiro prazer da vida está em saciar a fome, em sentir os olhos brilharem quando quem você ama chega em casa, em conversar com um amigo e ouvir “eu te entendo perfeitamente”. Em deitar de conchinha com um parceiro, ou em se sentir atraído por alguém legal e deitar de conchinha, nem que seja por uma noite só, em ouvir histórias do seu passado e perceber o quanto você cresceu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Viver é um prazer pequeno, singelo, e único. Se o buffet for muito grande, você realmente está sentindo o gosto da comida ou apenas acumulando experiências vazias em cima do seu prato?<\/span><\/p>\n
